Been going here for years and have always had an overall pleasant experience. Expect occasional issues with vaccuums and the towel/spray bin isn't always fully supplied, however, having it at all is a plus. I went in today and Raymond (I believe) was extremely pleasant and helpful with everything I needed 👍 4.5/5

Took my car through the car wash for it still to be dirty Paid $22 didn’t get tire shine didn’t get the bug removal spray they let me go through the car wash again, but there still is bugs all over my car. The car wash didn’t clean at all.

First-time customer here using the free $25 wash promo. I want to start by giving credit where it’s absolutely due: Jay was fantastic. The parking lot entry/exit was a little confusing on my first visit, and instead of making me do the awkward “circle back and try again” routine, he kindly helped me get through right away. He even checked on me afterward while I was detailing my car to make sure I was happy. Truly excellent customer service. Unfortunately…the car wash itself and I had very different definitions of “clean.” Multiple vacuums didn’t work, and the one that finally did had the suction power of a Capri Sun with a hole in the straw. After everything air-dried, my car was covered in water spots, bird poop that somehow survived the experience, and mysterious white chemical flecks all over the exterior. I was able to remove most of it with Meguiar’s, a microfiber shammy, and some elbow grease, but my driver’s side door is still stained. Maybe the wax sealant wasn’t mixed completely or correctly? Combining chemicals is chemistry, even at a car wash. The thing about chemistry is that it’s reallllly easy for everything to quickly go wrong quickly if the mixing ratios aren’t

Might has well just thrown my money in the garbage. First time using this car wash and paid $16 and drove home to find dirt all over the hatchback and front end. They offer 1 service- car wash- and they can’t even wash a small car. I want a refund or another wash that actually cleans my car.

This place is a scam don't get your car wash here. I paid $11 just for a regular car wash. I wanted nothing fancy just a clean. We have been here before when they first opened and a couple of times before no problem. I was vacuuming my van and notice it looked dirty still all over like it was never washed. I came back through and asked if I could go back through because my car was still dirty like it never went through a car wash. The worker looked at my receipt and said you got the regular wash that is just water no soap!!!! I looked at the screen and a regular car wash states soap and she said yes but it's just water. I will never ever be back or recommend this place to anyone.
